BEACH CLOSED! NO SWIMMING ALLOWED! LAKE IS OPEN! Due to extremely dry conditions, Salamonie Lake is still several feet below the summer pool level. Boaters should use extreme caution along the shorelines and fingers of the lake, especially upstream of State Road 105. **Even though the beach is closed, THE LAKE IS OPEN for boating, fishing, and other recreation activities.**

PRIMITIVE CAMPGROUND: SITES DO NOT HAVE ELECTRICAL OR WATER HOOKUP. WATER IS AVAILABLE IN THE AREA. VAULT TOILET IN THE AREA. SHOWERHOUSE IS NOT AVAILABLE.

For camping, check-in and check-out time is 2pm, except Sundays and holidays when check-in and check-out time is 5pm, local time.

There is an entrance fee for all properties that is paid upon arrival. Your entrance fee receipt is your pass throughout your stay.

The entrance fee for cars, trucks and campers is $5 per vehicle per day for in-state, $7 per vehicle per day for out of state, including holidays

The entrance fee for pedestrians, bicycles, buses, passenger vans is $2 per person per day, including holidays.
