ALL (45) OverviewQuartz Creek Campground is tucked between Kenai Lake and Quartz Creek in southern Alaska.Boating, hiking and fishing are popular pastimes at this family-friendly campground, where most campsites offer sweeping views of the lake. Natural Features:At an elevation of 500 feet, the campground is relatively flat with small spruce trees dotting the area. Quartz Creek sits on the Kenai Peninsula in the Chugach Mountain. Recreation:Kenai Lake boasts about 14,000 acres of water for recreation and enjoyment. Fishing is an excellent pastime, and rainbow and steelhead trout and Dolly Varden are plentiful in Kenai Lake as well as Quartz Creek. Facilities:Quartz Creek offers about 45 reservable campsites for both tent and RV camping. Nearby Attractions:The nearby Resurrection Pass Trail takes hikers and bikers on a 39-mile scenic adventure that climbs from 500 to 2,600 feet. Activities and Amenities
