GOLDEN AGE PASS:
Persons 62 years of age and older with a Maryland Park Service Golden Age Pass are entitled to half-price camping, Sunday-Thursday, excluding Holidays. Display of Golden Age Pass will be required upon check-in. Additional service charges will be applied if unable to provide proof of valid pass. Golden Age Pass requires a $10 fee. ALCOHOL POLICY:
The consumption or possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage will be prohibited in the campground with the exception of interior areas of motorhomes. Additional Alcohol Policy Information can be found at:

Hammocks not allowed.

CAMPSITE RULES:
NO HOOK-UPS. MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE AND 2 VEHICLES ALLOWED PER SITE (BOATS ON TRAILERS COUNT AS VEHICLES). ALL EQUIPMENT/VEHICLES MUST BE SET UP ON THE DESIGNATED PAD.

CHECK IN:
CAMPERS ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK IN BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 3 PM AND 10 PM. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN UNTIL THE MORNING IF ARRIVING AFTER 10 PM.

FIREWOOD RESTRICTION:
Due to the potential threat of the Emerald Ash Borer, the Maryland Department Natural Resources has prohibited the importation of personal firewood into all DNR owned and managed properties. Please do not bring firewood with you from home when visiting a DNR property.

CAMP OFFICE HOURS:
DUE TO LIMITED STAFFING, AFTER LABOR DAY WEEKEND CAMPERS MAY HAVE TO CHECK-IN AT PARK HEADQUARTERS WHEN THE CAMP OFFICE IS CLOSED. CHECK SIGN AT ENTRANCE OF PARK OR CALL AHEAD TO KNOW WHERE TO CHECK-IN. STARTING IN NOVEMBER UNTIL MEMORIAL DAY, CAMPERS MUST CHECK-IN AT PARK HEADQUARTERS FROM 8:00AM - 4:00PM. AFTER 4:00 PM CAMPERS CAN CHECK-IN AT THE SELF REGISTRATION BOARD AT THE CAMP OFFICE. REGULAR HOURS RESUME MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND.

SELF-REGISTRATION BOARD :
FROM MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY, AFTER 8:00PM ON SUNDAY AND AFTER 4:00PM MONDAY - THURSDAY, THE SELF-REGISTRATION BOARD WILL BE OPEN AT THE CAMP OFFICE FOR CAMPERS WITHOUT RESERVATIONS. THE SITES LABELED ON THE SELF-REGISTRATION BOARD ARE THE ONLY SITES AVAILABLE FOR CAMPERS WITHOUT A RESERVATION. AT THE TIMES WHEN THE SELF-REGISTRATION BOARD IS OPEN, IF YOU HAVE A RESERVATION YOUR CHECK IN INFORMATION WILL BE IN A BOX IN THE SCREENED IN AREA OF THE CAMP OFFICE. CASH AND CHECKS ONLY AT THE SELF-REGISTRATION BOARD.

TWO VEHICLES PER SITE:
IF YOU ARE TENT CAMPING YOU MAY HAVE UP TO 2 VEHICLES AT YOUR SITE. WITH A MOTORHOME OR TRAILER, YOU MAY HAVE ONLY 1 OTHER VEHICLE UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN SITE INFO.

CAMPFIRES:
Campfires in fire rings only. Never leave fire unattended & extinguish fire when leaving.

LIFEGUARDS:
There may not be lifeguards available during your stay. Contact the Park for lifeguard status.

MINIMUM STAY:
There is a 2-night minimum stay (Friday/Saturday) and a 3-night minimum stay on Holiday weekends, Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Generators are permitted but all aspects of their use & operation must conform to the established quiet hours & all applicable safeguards designed to prevent disturbing other visitors to preserve the peace & tranquility of the park environment.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet time will be maintained in the campground from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

HUNTING:
A valid hunting license and appropriate stamps are required. Services are available within 2 to 20 miles. No restrooms at hunting areas.

FISHING: A Maryland Tidewater Sport Fishing License is required if you are 16 yrs or older. You can fish at Causeway, Point and fishing pier, all other areas are closed at night. It is your responsibility to know all fishing and crabbing regulations in Maryland.
