2013 Reservation/Transaction Fees: In addition to the park facility use fee, there is a nightly reservation/transaction fee. Internet reservations, the per night fee is $4.56. Call Center, the per night fee is $4.61. Walk-In transactions at the park, the per night fee is $4.51. Reservation/Transaction Fees are Non-Refundable.
Cancellation Fee Policy Change-Effective May 1, 2013: To better serve our Maryland Park Service customers, we are changing our cancellation policy to a reservation cancellation service charge of $6 per reservation; except for Assateague Island State Park, which will remain at $6 per night.

CAMPING/MINI CABIN/YOUTH GROUP CANCELLATIONS
Any changes or cancellations made after processing this reservation up to the close of business the day prior to the scheduled arrival date there will be $6 per reservation cancellation service charge. Cancellations made on the scheduled arrival date, you must contact the park directly at 410-461-5005 between 8:30 am and 4 pm, Monday thru Friday. There will be a charge of one nights camping service charge for each reservation, along with $6 per reservation. No refunds will be issued for no shows or for cancellations or early departures after the day of arrival. Reservation/transaction fees are non- refundable. Any cancellation and changes to reservations within 24 hours of the date of initial reservation will be allowed without a fee. To execute a 24-hour cancellation or change, please contact the reservation center at 1-888-432-2267.
SHELTERS CANCELLATIONS
Any changes or cancellations made after processing this reservation up to 30 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date there will be a $6.00 cancellation service charge. Cancellations made 8 to 29 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, there will be a charge of 50% of the reservation service charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 7 days or less in advance of the scheduled arrival date. Reservation/transaction fees are non-refundable. If cancelling on the date of arrival, please contact the park directly at 410-461-5005 between 8:30 am and 4 pm, Monday thru Friday .
