This is a standard campsite. There are developed restroom facilities but no showers. The site is limited to 8 people and 3 vehicles. Additional fees will be collected at the park. Maximum/RV length is 24 feet (plus 3 feet for a hitch = total 27 feet). This campground was previously a day use parking lot and therefore the campsites are only separated by a painted white line. Because trailers/RVs must be able to move in and out of the campsites easily, the length limit is strictly enforced. When two adjoining sites are available, an over-length trailer/RV may purchase two sites to accommodate the larger size.

The kiosk is only open during the summer months. During the off-peak season, register using the self pay station located at the entrance to the campground.

Getting There:

Morro Strand S.B. runs parallel to Highway One through the towns of Morro Bay and Cayucos. The campground is accessed using Yerba Buena Street in north Morro Bay. Use 24th street in Cayucos to access the northern part of the beach.
