Floating campsite #1 has accessibility features that the other floating campsites do not, and therefore has restricted floor space.

As of 7/17/09, visitors will need to bring a padlock with them to secure property in the storage locker on the Floating campsites. Pets are prohibited on the floating campsites. Your specific location may be subject to change based upon changes in lake levels or other unforeseen issues. Contact the park at 530-538-2200 for current locations Customers arriving on Friday or Saturday must reserve a minimum Of 2 nights. On a holiday 2 night minimum is also required. Registration and key pick-up for the floating campsites is at the Spillway entrance station from Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend. Call park headquarters M - F at (530) 538-2200 for the location of the registration site prior to or after this time period and on weekends the Lake Oroville Visitor Center at (530) 538-2219.
