A Special Activity Permit is required for special events like weddings, receptions, bike events, festivals, etc. Please contact the park office to see if your event requires a permit. Additional fees apply.
Building not available for rent on Christmas Day.
Alcoholic beverages, firearms (including fireworks) and other weapons are prohibited.
Renters may not occupy the building prior to 8 a.m. and must vacate the building 30 minutes before park closing time. Renters must contact park staff prior to leaving.
Renters are required to clean the building and grounds before vacating the building per rental agreement issued at check in.
By law, the maximum number of persons that may use the building is 147. The building can only seat 90 people with tables and chairs.
Pets are allowed except in park buildings and swim areas, but they must be on a leash no longer than six feet and cannot be left unattended.

Unlicensed vehicles, unregistered motorcycles, golf carts, ATV's and mini-bikes are prohibited with the exception of mobility-aid devices used by a mobility-impaired person. All vehicles are prohibited from walkways, trails and other areas not designated for such purposes.
