NO BOAT RENTALS AT LAKE BISTINEAU: Lake Bistineau State Park will end boat rentals effective 08/08/12 due to the scheduled draw-down.
Park Trails Closed At Lake Bistineau State Park: The Office of State Parks has begun a project to remove dead timber, due to last year's drought and pine beetles, at Lake Bistineau State Park. This will require closures of some areas of the park over the next few weeks. All park trails are closed for the duration of the project. The project will then move to the campgrounds, beginning next week through August 21. The park is still open for normal operations. We appreciate your patience during this much-needed restoration project that will ensure the safety of our guests and improve the park's natural environment.
