Mountain Dale Cabin Village Meeting Hall
Limit 50 people, $200 per night.

Check in 4pm, check out 1pm. Meeting Hall must be vacated between 10 PM and 7 AM daily.

Park Manager may permit earlier check in or check out times as needed depending on site availability and customer needs. Customer must call the park directly to make arrangements.

The meeting hall is reservable only by those reserving 5 sites, 2 must be cabins, for the same day(s). This site is located in the cabin area with 6 parking spaces available. For this reason the meeting hall is reserved as an overnight facility.

Any guests not camping are required to pay the day use fee.

During the off season, October 1 through April 30, the meeting hall is reservable without reserving campsites for the same day(s).

Only 6 parking spaces at the meeting hall. Additional parking in Hilltop Day-use Area. Please plan on shuttling people to the meeting hall approximately a quarter of a mile away.
No smoking or pets allowed inside building (guide animals only exception).

Park staff will unlock and lock building. Building must be left clean. A ranger will inspect building upon checkout. Additional charges may apply if left in an unclean condition. No modifications to building grounds are permitted. Check with park staff to make arrangements for any signs or decorations.

ADA accessible mens and womens restrooms located inside building.

Patio with permanent bbq, sink, counters, full size freezer and refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 4 burner electric stove with oven, projector screen, 50 chairs, 10 six foot tables, cleaning supplies, electric heat, and inside fireplace.
Firewood available for $5.00 per bundle from park host.

Cancellation and Change Policy for Special Facilities-
Cancellations made one month to the day prior to arrival will receive a refund of all camping fees. For cancellations made less than one month to the day of arrival OPRD retains the first night fees. Changes made one month or more to the day of arrival incur a $8 transaction fee. Reservations for more than five nights that are later changed to fewer nights will be charged a fee equal to the nightly site fee for each night canceled as well as the $8 transaction fee. Changes are not allowed within one month of arrival. If the last day to change falls on a weekend or holiday, you have until 5 p.m. on the following business day to change your reservation.
Reservation and transaction fees are non-refundable.
