Directions to Bullocksville:
From I-85, take exit 223 (Manson Rd). Take Manson Rd west approximately 2 miles to the Drewry crossroads. Go Through the crossroads onto Bullocksville Park Rd and go about 3 miles to Bullocksville.

Alcoholic beverages, firearms (including fireworks) and other weapons are prohibited.
Limit of (1) RV and (1) tent, (1) pop-up and (1) tent, or 2 tents per site. Camping equipment should not be left unattended for more than 12 hours.
All camping equipment must be inside timbered sites and fires inside fire rings where provided.

Kerr Lake SRA Hours:
November - February: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
March - April and September - October: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
May - August: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Closed Christmas Day.
Gates close and lock at specific hours throughout the year. Check with the entrance station upon your arrival on gate closing.
Some areas are closed during the off season.
There is a $6.00 charge per car fo day guests; $4.00 for seniors. Fees apply weekends in April, May and September, then everyday starting the weekend of Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Firewood is not available for sale at the park.
Building fires in undesignated areas is prohibited.
Pets are allowed except in park buildings and swim areas, but they must be on a leash no longer than six feet, even on a campsite, and cannot be left unattended.
Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am and are strictly enforced. Generators must be turned off during quiet hours. Staff may also require generators to be turned off at any time if they disturb other campers.
Unlicensed vehicles, motorcycles, golf carts, ATV's and mini-bikes are prohibited with the exception of mobility-aid devices used by a mobility-impaired person. All vehicles are prohibited from walkways, trails and other areas not designated for such purposes.



There is a campground host at each campground in case of an afterhours emergency. Check with the entrance station upon arrival for the location of the host campsite.
Courtesy Docks are located at all park boat ramps and are for loading/unloading only. Boaters are not permitted to leave boats unattended.
A senior discount is avialable (age 62 and over). Age will be verified upon arrival.
There are no sewer hookups on any campsites. There is a dump station located in the campground. Dumping of black / gray water at the campsite is prohibited.
A NC or VA freshwater fishing license is required to fish in Kerr Lake. Henderson Point and Bullocksville have fishing piers. Fishing is allowed from the shore except within defined swim areas.
Unprotected area. No lifeguards on duty. Never swim alone and wear a life jacket when swimming or boating.
North Carolina state park rules and regulations are posted in each park and enforced by rangers. Violating these rules and regulations is a misdemeanor and may result in a fine and revoation of permit.
State vehicle and traffic laws are enforced, and the speed limit is 25 mph unless otherwise posted. Watch for pedestrians, bicyclists and wildlife.
North Carolina state parks are wildlife sanctuaries; no hunting is allowed and collecting plants, minerals and artifacts is prohibited.
State fishing regulations are enforced.
