Cancellations/refund request process: All requests must be received in writing 14 days or more prior to check-in date. All refund requests are assessed at $10.75 cancellation fee per site. Requests received 13 to 3 days prior to arrival will forfeit the first night stay for each site reserved, the remaining days will be refunded. All requests received less than 3 days prior to arrival no refund. Shelter reservations must be cancelled 14 days or more in advance to receive a refund (minus $10.75 cancellation fee).
