Changes and cancellations must be made through the Reservation Call Center at (801) 322-3770 in Salt Lake or toll-free 1 (800) 322-3770 from 7 am to 6 p.m. Monday - Thursday, excluding holidays. Changes may be made up to 2 days prior to the scheduled arrival date and will incur a $5 fee per site changed. Cancellations made FOUR days or more in advance of the scheduled arrival date (14 days for group sites) will receive a refund less the non-refundable reservation fee and a $5 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than FOUR days in advance (14 days for group sites) will receive a refund less the non-refundable reservation fee, $5 cancellation fee, and the first night camping fee.
