($120-$130 per night) No smoking. All cottages have two bedrooms and one full bath. Each bedroom has two double beds. Maximum occupancy: 8. Bed and bath linens provided. Fully equipped kitchen has stove/oven, coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, cups/glasses, and refrigerator. Fireplace (wood not provided). Heat and A/C. TV. No phone. Screened porch. Picnic table and fire ring with grill outside.
Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 11AM. A reservation confirmation must be presented at check-in. Gates close at 10PM. You must call the park at 770-504-2277 for late check-in directions. If you do not arrive on the first night of your stay, you will be counted as a no-show, your reservation will be cancelled, and you will forfeit your deposit. Rates do not include taxes or ParkPass fees. Prices are subject to change.
A two-night minimum reservation is required year round and a three-night minimum reservation is required for Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Thanksgiving and Christmas Day check-ins are not allowed.
Cottage #1 is ADA accessible.
Cottages 2 and 6 are dog friendly. No pets allowed in or around other cottages. There will be a nonrefundable $45 per dog fee collected at check-in. 2 dogs max. Dogs must be kept on a 6’ leash at all times and must not be left unattended. Occupant is responsible for any damage caused by the dog to the cottage and may be asked to leave if the dog disturbs other guests. Guest is responsible for ensuring their pet has the most current vaccinations and are free of fleas, ticks, and mange. Female dogs are prohibited from cottage while in season (in heat). In depth policies provided at park. This policy does not apply to Service Animals.
Cottages 1-5 have a wooded view. Cottages 6-10 have a lake view, but are not located directly on the lake.
Visitors to cottages are welcome; however, the number of visitors and registered guests must not exceed the maximum capacity at any time. Visitors must leave by 9:45PM.
Consumption or use of alcoholic beverages or intoxicants is unlawful in any public-use area.
Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed facilities, including buildings owned, leased, or operated by the State or local governing authorities.
Any device that discharges projectiles by any means is prohibited
