Linens are provided but are not changed daily. There is central heat and air conditioning. There is no fireplace, dishwasher, phone, washer and dryer, or TV. Smoking is not allowed. Visitors are charged a daily parking fee, must park in areas designated by the park, and leave the park by 10 pm. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am.

Sycamore: Two bedroom frame, maximum capacity eight, four sets of bunk beds, no bed rentals. Maximum of three cars per cabin. Located in Hemlock Haven area of the park. There's no kitchen or fireplace. It has a small refrigerator and wet bar for light snacks. There is a deck and outdoor grill. Each bedroom has a closet and a four drawer chest. It has a full bathroom, commode and sink in each room.
