An entrance permit is required for every vehicle in addition to group pavilion rental fees, except at Lions. Open Space (available for purchase at entrances).
Alcohol may not be more than 3.2 %. No kegs.
No jumping castles, dunk tanks, pony rides, or similar set-ups.
No noise disturbances to other park users.
Parking allowed on established roadways & parking areas only. There are no guarantees on parking availability.
An additional damage fee may be assessed if County staff determine the area has been damaged or is in need of excessive cleaning.
Cancellations and changes to these reservations incur a $6.35 fee.
The reserving party is responsible for making sure all attendees know and obey regulations.Events including any of the following are considered a special event and must go through special event process. Go to www.larimer.org/specialevent or call (970) 679-4570: 1) large scale, exceeding the capacity/footprint of the pavilion shelter, 2) Multi-day, 3) Commercial in nature, i.e. charging attendance/participation fees or selling/advertising, 4) Complex or requiring multiple requests for policy or regulations waivers, 5) Using additional amenities outside of the footprint of the group pavilion, i.e. swimbeach, campgrounds, roadways, so as to affect other park or open space users.
Pets must be leashed and may not be left unattended.
Photographs: Applicant consents to allow photographer on behalf of Larimer County to attend and photograph event. Photographs taken by Larimer County at event may be used in marketing, informational and educational materials, without compensation or further permission from the applicant, including the images of event attendees, including minors. Applicant shall notify attendees that Larimer County may take and distribute photographs of event and attendees

This pavilion sits in scenic Lions' Open Space, quiet and peaceful on the banks of the Poudre River in Laporte. Bring the fishing pole!

Driving Directions
From Denver take I-25 north to the State Highway 14 (Mulberry) exit and travel west approximately 5.5 miles to Overland Trail (County Road 21). Turn north (right) on Overland Trail (County Road 21) approximately 3 miles to the parking lot on the left (west) side of the road.
