In addition to camping permits. "daily" or "annual" permits are available at park entrances. Annual permits are available online, ahead of time. Allow two weeks for arrival before your trip.
The only alcohol allowed is 3.2%, in cans only - no glass containers - no kegs
Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. please be respectful of your neighbors and other campers
There is an additional charge for an additional camping unit parked on the site. At the park, campground hosts or rangers will collect $10
Park entrance permits, one for your vehicle and one for your boat, are required in addition to camping permits. These must be purchased before you get to your campsite.
Must be on a leash of not more than 10 feet at all times. May not be left unattended. Aggressive dogs not allowed. No pets on swimbeaches. Only 2 pets allowed at camper cabins.

The Horsetooth Reservoir Pavilions: South Bay Pavilion AM and PM, and Sunrise Pavilion are closed until April 1, 2014 when they reopen.
An entrance permit is required for every vehicle in addition to group pavilion rental fees, except at Lions. Open Space (available for purchase at entrances).
Alcohol may not be more than 3.2 %. No kegs.
No jumping castles, dunk tanks, pony rides, or similar set-ups.
No noise disturbances to other park users.
Parking allowed on established roadways & parking areas only. There are no guarantees on parking availability.
An additional damage fee may be assessed if County staff determine the area has been damaged or is in need of excessive cleaning.
Cancellations and changes to these reservations incur a $6.35 fee and possible penalties (15-29 days before reservation = 50% penalty; 4-14 days prior to reservation: 75% penalty; within 3 days of reservation: 100% penalty)
The reserving party is responsible for making sure all attendees know and obey regulations.Events including any of the following are considered a special event and must go through special event process. Go to www.larimer.org/specialevent or call (970) 679-4570: 1) large scale, exceeding the capacity/footprint of the pavilion shelter, 2) Multi-day, 3) Commercial in nature, i.e. charging attendance/participation fees or selling/advertising, 4) Complex or requiring multiple requests for policy or regulations waivers, 5) Using additional amenities outside of the footprint of the group pavilion, i.e. swimbeach, campgrounds, roadways, so as to affect other park or open space users.
Pets must be leashed and may not be left unattended.
Photographs: Applicant consents to allow photographer on behalf of Larimer County to attend and photograph event. Photographs taken by Larimer County at event may be used in marketing, informational and educational materials, without compensation or further permission from the applicant, including the images of event attendees, including minors. Applicant shall notify attendees that Larimer County may take and distribute photographs of event and attendees
Drinking water and vault restrooms located in each campground. Showers at Horsetooth Reservoir, Inlet Bay and South Bay campgrounds only. No showers in other campgrounds. See "F.A.Q's" icon on left sidebar for nearest public showers for other areas.

Motor vehicles must stay on established roads, parking lots, pads. No ohv's (off highway vehicles) allowed.
Campfires in approved fireplaces at designated campsites only. No fireworks at any time. Check upon arrival for possible fire restrictions
No collecting within parks. Available at carter lake marina, or at local businesses. B.y.o.w. (bring your own wood!)
This beautiful pavilion sitting at the edge of Horsetooth Reservoir provides nearby access to a swimbeach, full service restrooms, outdoor changing stalls, and outdoor showers. With stunning views of the entire length of the reservoir, this is a popular ceremony site offering convenient set up, grills, and outdoor lighting.
