No Smoking, Enclosed shelter. Restrooms are attached. Central heat and air conditioning. Has 3X3 grill outside. Has stove, oven, sink, refrigerator, and tables and chairs. Seating for 125 people. All visitors are required to have a parkpass.

Renters must check-in at office. A security deposit may be required. Check in 9:30 am, check out 9:30 pm.

Consumption or use of alcoholic beverages or intoxicants is unlawful in any public-use area.

Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed facilities, including buildings owned, leased, or operated by the State or local governing authorities.

Any device that discharges projectiles by any means is prohibited
