Each vehicle is required to purchase a $5 parking pass upon arrival.
Dogs are only allowed in designated areas, must be on a 6' leash and attended at all times. You are responsible for any damage caused by your dog to the cottage and may be asked to leave if dog disturbs other guests. There will be a $45 per dog fee collected at check-in. 2 dogs max. This policy does not apply to Service Animals.
No Smoking, Two bedroom cottage that sleeps 8. Each bedroom has two double beds. Cottage has one full bath. Bed and bath linens are provided. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave. Cottage has heat/ac, cable tv, and a fireplace (wood not provided). No phone in cottage. There is an attached screened porch, and a picnic table and grill outside. Cottages 6 and 16 are ADA accessible.
Fully equipped kitchen has stove/oven, coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, cups/glasses, & refrigerator. Bed and bath linens provided.
Check-in is between 4 pm and 10 pm and check-out is 11 am. A reservation confirmation must be presented at check-in. No check-in after 10:00 pm. If you do not arrive on the first night of your stay, you will be counted as a no-show, your reservation will be cancelled, and you will forfeit your deposit.
Any device that discharges projectiles by any means is prohibited
Please insure yout pet has the most current vaccinations and are free of fleas, ticks, and mange. Female dogs are prohibited from cottage while in heat. No pets allowed in or around cottages with the exception of cottages #13 and #17.
Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed facilities, including buildings owned, leased, or operated by the State or local governing authorities.
Thanksgiving and Christmas check-ins are not allowed. Please defer cottage check in to the day before or the day after Christmas and Thanksgiving.
Consumption or use of alcoholic beverages or intoxicants is unlawful in any public-use area.
