Park roads are public roads. All vehicles are subject to license safety requirements and regulations of the Georgia Dept of Public Safety. Off-road vehicles and ATV's are not allowed in state parks.

Gates are open from 7 am to 10 pm.

Any device that discharges projectiles by any means is prohibited

Renter must check in at the office, security deposit may be required. All visitors are required to have parkpass.

The swimming pool has been closed permanently.

Large open shelter located near playground, overlooking the lake near the beach, picnic tables, ceiling fans and large grill, electric, water. This shelter is available by reservation only; not first come, first served.

Consumption or use of alcoholic beverages or intoxicants is unlawful in any public-use area.

Pets are not allowed in or around group shelter. This policy does not apply to Service Animals.

Georgia Smoke-free Air Act of 2005 states that "smoking is prohibited in all enclosed facilities, including buildings owned, leased, or operated by the State or local governing authorities."
