Dogs are only allowed in designated areas, must be on a 6' leash and attended at all times. You are responsible for any damage caused by your dog to the cottage and may be asked to leave if dog disturbs other guests. There will be a $45 per dog fee collected at check-in. 2 dogs max. This policy does not apply to Service Animals.
Visitors are welcome, however, the number of visitors and registered guests must not exceed the stated capacity at any time. Visitors must leave prior to closing time.
Pool Closed Permanently
Guests who are arriving after 5 pm should contact the park office 24 hours prior to arrival at 912-384-7082 for instructions on obtaining keys. Guests must arrive before the gate closes at 10 pm. If you do not arrive on the first night of your stay, your reservation will be cancelled, and you will forfeit your deposit.
No checkouts on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day.
Main entrance gates are open from 7am to 10pm. Cottage area gates are always closed. Guest report to Park Office for entrance. All group gatherings must conclude by 10pm.
On Thanksgiving or Christmas Day check-ins or check-outs are not allowed. Please defer cottage check in to the day before or the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Please insure yout pet has the most current vaccinations and are free of fleas, ticks, and mange. Female dogs are prohibited from cottage while in heat. No pets allowed in or around cottages with the exception of cottage #1.
Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed facilities, including buildings owned, leased, or operated by the State or local governing authorities.
Consumption or use of alcoholic beverages or intoxicants is unlawful in any public-use area.
Any device that discharges projectiles by any means is prohibited
No Smoking, Two bedroom cottage. Each bedroom has two double beds and a full bath. Sleeps 8. Bed and bath linens provided. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and coffee maker. Fireplace (wood not provided). Heat/AC. Has satellite TV/DVD. No phone. Screened porch. Grill and picnic table outside. Cottage 4 is ADA accessible.
