Georgia Smoke-free Air Act of 2005 states that "smoking is prohibited in all enclosed facilities, including buildings owned, leased, or operated by the State or local governing authorities."
Dogs cannot be left unattended at any time. Dogs are only allowed in designated dog areas & must be on a 6' leash. Guest is responsible for any damage caused by dog to cottage & may also be asked to leave if dog distubs other guests. There will be a $45 per dog fee collected at check-in. 2 dogs max . This policy does not apply to Service Animals.
Please postmark your check or money order to later than tomorrow to avoid cancellation.
Reservations cannot be cancelled within 3 days of arrival without forfeiture of deposit.
($105 per day) No Smoking, Open pavilion. Located near the beach, boat rentals, playground and mini-golf. Has seating area, lights, a large grill, picnic tables, & small kitchen with sink and refrigerator. The shelter has attached public restrooms. Parking is limited. No heat or air. All visitors are required to have parkpass.
If you do not arrive on the first night of your stay, you will be counted as a no-show, your reservation will be cancelled, and you will forfeit your deposit. Gates are closed and locked at 10 pm.
Restrooms shared with other park guests, not exclusive to group or party renting shelter.
Maximum of 50 vehicles allowed.
Consumption or use of alcoholic beverages or intoxicants is unlawful in any public-use area
Any device that discharges projectiles by any means is prohibited

Radios.TV's, musical instruments, &all other noise-making devices must be kept at a low volume.
A two-night minimum is required on weekends (Friday, Saturday or Saturday, Sunday), and a three-night minimum is required for Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, and Thanksgiving.
Visitors are welcome, however, the number of visitors and registered guests must not exceed the stated capacity at any time . visitors must leave prior to closing time.

Park roads are public roads. All vehicle are subjected to license safety requirements and regulations of theGeorgia Dept of Pulic Safety. Off-road vehicles and ATV's are not allowed in state parks.
Park office hours are 8 am to 5 pm daily . All group gathering must conclude by 10 pm.

Park gate closes at 10:00 PM. Your reservation may be subject to additional discounts. Alcohol Prohibited at this shelter. Prices are subject to change.
