The cabin that you are about to reserve may require a four (4) digit combination to gain access. If your reservations are made more than ten (10) days in advance of the arrival date, your combination to the lockbox will be emailed or mailed to you with your confirmation letter. If your arrival date is less than ten (10) days out, you will receive your combination by email within two business days (Add
reserveamerica@reserveamerica.com to your address book to ensure delivery of this email.)
In the event you do not receive your combination as described above;

8 x 8 foot tent is allowed outside of this cabin. 8 person maximum still applies to this site if tent is used.
Maximum 5 people allowed per cabin. No one under 18 may rent a cabin without an adult staying overnight.
Cabin Features - Bathroom with shower, refrigerator, microwave oven, TV/DVD combo (no cable), table and chairs, futon, bunk bed. Cooking inside cabin only in microwave oven provided.
Propane BBQ provided outside.
No smoking is allowed in the cabin.
Please bring your own bedding.
Pets are strictly prohibited in the cabin and may not be left unattended within park boundaries, including inside vehicles. Damage caused by pets inside camp facilities will incur fines for repair.
No RV's, pick-up campers or camping trailers. Maximum 1 vehicle per cabin (additional vehicles incur a charge of $5.00 per vehicle per night).
Overflow cabin parking is located near the yurt village restroom facility.
All cabins have an area for a small tent except K2 and K3. Visitors who choose to use a tent may not exceed the 8 person limit per site.
Cancellation and Change Policy for Special Facilities-
Cancellations made one month to the day prior to arrival will receive a refund of all camping fees. For cancellations made less than one month to the day of arrival OPRD retains the first night fees. Changes made one month or more to the day of arrival incur a $8 transaction fee. Reservations for more than five nights that are later changed to fewer nights will be charged a fee equal to the nightly site fee for each night canceled as well as the $8 transaction fee. Changes are not allowed within one month of arrival. If the last day to change falls on a weekend or holiday, you have until 5 p.m. on the following business day to change your reservation.
Reservation and transaction fees are non-refundable.
