Cancellations/refund request process: All requests must be received in writing 14 days or more prior to check-in date. All refund requests are assessed a $10.75 cancellation fee per site. Requests received 13 to 3 days prior to arrival will forfeit the first night stay per site, the remaining days will be refunded. All requests received less than 3 days prior to arrival will forfiet TWO nights. Shelter reservations must be cancelled 14 days or more in advance to receive a refund (minus $10.75 cancellation fee). No refunds for shelter cancellations with less than 14 days notice. Please submit your request by e-mail to: scparksrec@gmail.com. Requests may take 5 to 14 business days to process

Changes to existing reservations: All requests must be received in writing. All reservation change requests are assessed a change fee. Please submit your request by e-mail to: scparksrec@gmail.com. No changes may be made less than 14 days prior to arrival. Changes requests received more than 14 days in advance will incur a change fee.
