Dogs are only allowed in designated areas, must be on a 6' leash and attended at all times. You are responsible for any damage caused by your dog to the cottage and may be asked to leave if dog disturbs other guests. There will be a $45 per dog fee collected at check-in. 2 dogs max. This policy does not apply to Service Animals.
Any device that discharges projectiles by any means is prohibited
Cottages 18 (Dog Friendly), 19 (Dog Friendly), 20 & 21 are two bedroom cottages. Sleeps 8. Each bedroom has two double beds. Has one bath. All bed and bath linens are provided. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and microwave. Fireplace (wood not provided). Heat/AC. No TV. No phone. Screened porch.
No Smoking. Cottage 17 is a 2 ADA bedroom cottage. Sleeps 8. Each bedroom has 2 double beds. Has one bath with accessible shower unit. All bed & bath linens are provided. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and microwave. Fireplace (wood not provided). Heat/AC. No TV. No phone. Screened porch. ADA accessible
Please insure yout pet has the most current vaccinations and are free of fleas, ticks, and mange. Female dogs are prohibited from cottage while in heat. No pets allowed in or around cottages with the exception of cottages 18 & 19.
Thanksgiving or Christmas Day check-ins are not allowed. Please defer cottage check in to the day before or the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Guest planning to arrive after 10 pm must contact park 706-663-4858 to obtain information about checking into their cottage. If you do not arrive on the first night of your stay, your reservation will be cancelled, and you will forfeit your deposit.
Children 15 and younger with bicycles and/or scooters, must wear helmets while riding in the park. Helmets available for rent at park office.
All vehicles on site must purchase and display a GA parkpass. Park roads are public roads. All vehicles are subject to license safety requirements and regulations of the Georgia Dept of Public Safety. Off-road vehicles and ATV's are not allowed in state parks.
Consumption or use of alcoholic beverages or intoxicants is unlawful in any public-use area.
Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed facilities, including buildings owned, leased, or operated by the State or local governing authorities.
All campfires must be kept in designated areas such as fire rings.
Park gates are locked from 10 pm - 7 am. Park hours are from 7 am to 10 pm. Park office hours are 8 am to 5 pm (Mon-Thurs), 8 am to 10 pm (Fri) and 8 am to 6 pm (Sat. & Sun). Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Radios, TV's, musical instruments, & all other noise-making devices are not to be used between 10 pm and 7 am and must be kept at a low volume at all other times. All group gatherings must conclude by 10 pm.
