KS Refund Policy

Cabins:
Cabins may be reserved from one year to three days in advance. Reservations require a $14.00 reservation fee.
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival date results in a 100 percent refund minus reservation fee.
Cancellation 29 to 5 days prior to arrival results in a 100 percent refund minus one night rental fee and reservation fee.
Cancellation 4 days or less prior to arrival date or after arrival date will result in all fees being forfeited.

Campsites:
Designated camp sites may be reserved from one year to three days in advance. Reservations require a $3.00 reservation fee in addition to the regular camping fee. Reserved sites may not be available until 2 p.m. the day of arrival. Reservation fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation 15 days or more prior to arrival date results in a 100% refund minus reservation fee.
Cancellation 14 to 3 days prior to arrival results in a refund minus 1 camping night and reservation fee.
Cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival results in a forfeiture of all fees.
Cancellation within minimum window of stay results in a forfeiture of all fees.
Notification of shorten stay within 14 to 1 day of arrival results in a forfeiture of fees for 1 night camping.

Shelters:
Cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival results in a forfeiture of all fees.
Cancellation 3 days or more prior to arrival date results in a 100% refund minus reservation fee.

Payment:
Payment in full is required at the time the reservation is made.
Payments accepted online or by phone - Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
Payments accepted at the park office - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, check, money order, or cash.
There is a non-refundable $3.00 reservation fee per campsite, picnic shelter or facility.
There is a non-refundable $14.00 reservation fee per cabin.
