East Bearskin is well known for its walleye, lake trout, and smallmouth bass. East Bearskin Lake Campground has a solar pump for water, fire grates, picnic tables, and vault toilets. There is a handicap accessible toilet as well as sites with handicap accessible fire grates and picnic tables. The campground is wooded with majestic white and red pines, as well as balsam, spruce, birch, and aspen. East Bearskin Lake Campground has a boat and canoe landing and is an entry point for the BWCA.
