Cottage guest arriving after 5 pm should phone the park office before 5 pm at (678) 450-7726 to arrange for key pickup and gate code. Cottages not registered by 9am on the morning after scheduled arrivals will be rented on a first come first served basis. No check-ins on Thanksgiving or Christmas day. If you do not arrive on the first night of your stay, you will be counted as a no-show, your reservation will be canceled, and you will forfeit your deposit.
Dogs are only allowed in designated areas, must be on a 6' leash and attended at all times. You are responsible for any damage caused by your dog to the cottage and may be asked to leave if dog disturbs other guests. There will be a $45 per dog fee collected at check-in. 2 dogs max. This policy does not apply to Service Animals.
No Smoking. Two bedroom cottage, sleeps 8. Two full baths. Each bedroom has two queen beds. Bed and bath linens are provided. Wood burning stove, central heat/ac. Flat screen television with cable service. No phone. Open air back porch. Fully equipped kitchen includes: microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, cups/gasses, and full size refrigerator.
No dogs allowed in or around cottages with the exception of cottage 1.
Thanksgiving or Christmas Day check-ins are not allowed. Please defer cottage check in to the day before or the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Check-in is between 4 pm and 10 pm and check-out is before 11 am.
Bows and arrows, explosives, fireworks, slingshots, fishing spears or any device that discharges projectiles by any means is prohibited. Firearms must be unloaded, cased and stored, unless a person possesses a valid weapons-carry license for a firearm that is valid in Georgia. A person possessing a valid weapon-carry license to carry a firearm valid in this state may carry such firearm on Georgia State Parks and Historic Sites, except on sites where carrying such firearm is prohibited by federal law.
