Attention: Due to multiple Shower/Flush Toilet Building development projects the entire Quartzite campground and 37 campsites in the Northern Lights Campground will be closed beginning September 1, 2014. We have targeted this project to be completed in time for the Memorial Day weekend in 2015 or earlier. DEVILS LAKE STATE PARK, WI
DescriptionSituated along the Ice Age Trail, 500-foot bluffs tower above a 360-acre lake. Spectacular scenery, a full range of recreational activities, and a full-time naturalist make this a very popular park. Devil`s Lake State Park has 29 miles of hiking trails and 6 miles of mountain biking trails. Nature programs and walks are offered at the Nature Center.

Alerts and Important InformationDuring the month of October and from then until weather allows, the water taps, bathrooms and dump station facilities may be unavailable based upon the weather, one winterized water tap is available in the Quartzite campground.
Firewood Notice: Currently, firewood is not allowed on Wisconsin State Park, Trail or Forest properties from out of state or from more than 25 miles away from the destination campground. In addition, firewood that has been in a Wisconsin EAB quarantined area is not allowed on properties outside of the quarantined area. Please buy firewood nearby or at the property you are going to. Call the DNR toll-free Firewood Hotline 1-877-303-WOOD (9663) for information before packing for a trip.
Tepee Sites are located near the Ice Age Campsites.
Pets must be on a leash (under 8') and attended at all times.
All campers must arrive and be set up by 11 p.m. Electric boat motor only, no gas motors. Wisconsin Fishing License required; a trout stamp is required for trout fishing.
Boy Scout / Girl Scout Jamboree (several thousand scouts) is the weekend before Columbus Day Weekend, every year.

Getting There:From the South on I-90/94: Take Exit 106 onto Hwy 33. Travel west to Baraboo. At 2nd stoplight, turn left on Hwy 123 South. Follow Hwy 123 south 3 miles to park entrance.
From the North on I-90/94: Take Exit 92 onto Hwy 12 East. Travel south about 10 miles to Hwy 159 East. Turn left on Hwy 159 East and proceed for approximately 2 miles to Hwy 123 South. Turn right on Hwy 123 South and follow to the park entrance.
From the South on Hwy 12: Turn right on Hwy 159 East, proceed approximately 2 miles to Hwy 123 South. Turn right and follow to the park entrance.
From the North on Hwy 12: Turn left onto Hwy 159 East and proceed for approximately 2 miles to Hwy 123 South. Turn right onto Hwy 123 South and follow to the park entrance.
From the south on Hwy 113: After leaving the Ferry, follow Hwy 113 north. Turn left on Hwy DL, follow to park entrance. Ferry closed in winter.
