Dennis Hill, a 240 acre estate, was gifted to the State of Connecticut in 1935 by Dr. Frederick Dennis, a noted New York surgeon. Getting There:

CT Rte. 8 north to Exit #47 & jct. with Rte. U.S. 44 in Winsted. Turn right from exit ramp and go west on Rte 44 10 miles to Norfolk Center, then left on Conn. Rte #272. South on Rte 272 approximately 2.5 miles, park entrance on left.
