Southridge Golf Course was designed by architect Dave Wallace and opened to the public in 1968. Designed for walkers, the construction keeps the holes close together without giving the feel of being too tight for the average golfer. The course record of 62 is held by Jeff Chivell from the blue tees in 2006. The prior record of 63 was held by former Southridge golf professional Bill Morgan. His record stood for 24 years.
