This is Dorm-style Cottage Room #39B. Max persons = 4. Beds: 2 Twin Bunk beds.
This room shares a bathroom with 39A. Linens and towels will be furnished on top of your bed(s) upon arrival – it’s the guests responsibility to make their own bed(s). Guests are also responsible for their own housekeeping. A key deposit is required. Shared kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, and disposable plates/napkins/utensils. Parking is a brief ten-minute walk from the cottages. Transportation will be provided during check-in and check-out only. No pets except trained, certified service dogs. Quiet Time: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. The management reserves the right to substitute a comparable accommodation without notice or liability should a reserved unit be out of order.

COTTAGE: Guests in this delightfully bright and airy long board surfing themed dorm-style cottage can relax to sparkling panoramic views on its large, partially covered brick patio. This breezy unit dating to 1924 features three bedrooms, one private and one shared bath, a small ocean view kitchen with ample storage space, and a cheery living room with a view of the ocean and windows on three sides.
ROOM: Guests in this cheery and cozy room will wake up to a sparkling view of the ocean through its window onto the deck. This room has two twin bunks, is adjacent to the kitchen and shares a bathroom with 39A.

Beginning July 1, 2013: Base rate $83.00 up to 2 people; each additional person $23.00 per night.
