This is Dorm-style Cottage Room #38E. Max persons = 2. Beds: 2 Twins.
This room does not have an ocean view. Linens and towels will be furnished on top of your bed(s) upon arrival – it’s the guests responsibility to make their own bed(s). Guests are also responsible for their own housekeeping. A key deposit is required. Shared kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, small cook top, and disposable plates/napkins/utensils. Parking is a brief ten-minute walk from the cottages. Transportation will be provided during check-in and check-out only. No pets except trained, certified service dogs. Quiet Time: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. The management reserves the right to substitute a comparable accommodation without notice or liability should a reserved unit be out of order.

COTTAGE: Built in 1938, this five bedroom accessible bluff top cottage treats guests to two decks with gorgeous ocean views. This dorm-style cottage features an oceanside eat-in kitchen opening to decks on both sides, a small shared living area, and two full and two half shared bathrooms, one and a half of which are ADA accessible.
ROOM: This small, quiet corner room with two twin beds and small windows provides privacy and is conveniently located adjacent to the common living space. Again, please note that this room has no ocean view.

Beginning July 1, 2013: Base rate $42.00 for 1 person; one additional person $23.00 per night.
