This is Dorm-Style Room #38-D. Max persons = 4, Beds: 3. 1 Full, and 2 Twin beds.
This room does have an ocean view. Shared kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, and disposable plates/napkins/utensils. Linens and towels will be furnished on top of your bed(s) upon arrival – it’s the guests responsibility to make their own bed(s). Guests are also responsible for their own housekeeping. A Key deposit is required. Parking is a brief ten-minute walk from the cottages and convenient ADA parking is close-by. Transportation will be provided during check-in and check-out only. No pets except trained, certified service dogs. Quiet Time: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. The management reserves the right to substitute a comparable accommodation without notice or liability should a reserved unit be out of order.

You are making a reservation for a cottage that is ADA ~ DISABLED ACCESSIBLE AND AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL BY DISABLED GUESTS ONLY! Visitors reserving cottage MUST POSSESS A DMV DISABLED PLACARD or license plates issued by DMV (or a similar agency of another state). A Disabled Veterans license plate will also be accepted when reserving or occupying. AT CHECK-IN, VISITORS MUST SHOW ONE OF THE ABOVE PROOFS OF DISABILITY. The disabled visitor must be an occupant of the cottage for the entire reservation period. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR INVALID RESERVATIONS.
