This is Dorm-style Cottage Room #38A. Max persons = 3. Beds: 3 Twins, one of which is a bunk bed.
Linens and towels will be furnished on top of your bed(s) upon arrival. – it’s the guests responsibility to make their own bed(s). Guests are also responsible for their own housekeeping. A key deposit is required. Shared kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, small cook top, and disposable plates/napkins/utensils. Parking is a brief ten-minute walk from the cottages. Transportation will be provided during check-in and check-out only. No pets except trained, certified service dogs. Quiet Time: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. The management reserves the right to substitute a comparable accommodation without notice or liability should a reserved unit be out of order.

COTTAGE: Built in 1938, this five bedroom accessible bluff top cottage treats guests to two decks with gorgeous ocean views. This dorm-style cottage features an oceanside eat-in kitchen opening to decks on both sides, a small shared living area, and two full and two half shared bathrooms, one and a half of which are ADA accessible.
ROOM: Wake up to the sound of the sea in this relaxing room with three twin beds and two ocean view windows. Guests will appreciate a private door opening onto one of two decks.

Beginning July 1, 2013: Base rate $83.00 up to 2 people; each additional person $23.00 per night.
