This is Dorm-style Cottage Room #29A. Max persons = 6. Beds: 1 Full, 2 Twin Bunk beds.
Out of respect for the privacy of those in the loft bedroom the connecting door between 29A and 29B is to be locked at 10pm – guests in either room may enter/exit through their private entrances after 10pm. Linens and towels will be furnished on top of your bed(s) upon arrival – it’s the guests responsibility to make their own bed(s). Guests are also responsible for their own housekeeping. A key deposit is required. Parking is a brief ten-minute walk from the cottage. Transportation will be provided during check-in and check-out only. Shared kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, and disposable plates/napkins/utensils. No pets except trained, certified service dogs. Quiet Time: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. The management reserves the right to substitute a comparable accommodation without notice or liability should a reserved unit be out of order.

COTTAGE: Dating to 1935, this bright, charming bluff top dorm-style cottage is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Featuring a spacious, partially covered porch, wood floors, and a decorative fireplace, this cottage affords gorgeous views through its floor-to-ceiling front windows. Guests share the ocean-view dining area, kitchen, and the main sitting room/area.
ROOM: With its full bed and two twin bunks, this large, airy room boasts ocean views, high ceilings, and windows on three sides. Guests will enjoy a private entrance from the deck in addition to a private bathroom.

Beginning July 1, 2013: Base rate $127.00 up to 3 people; each additional person $23.00 per night.
