This is Individual Cottage #37. Max persons = 8. Beds: 1 Sleeper sofa bed, 1 Full, 2 Twin Bunk beds.
Kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, and disposable plates/napkins/utensils. Housekeeping: beds made upon arrival, and towels and soap are furnished. Towels changed upon request after 4 days. Key deposit is required. Parking is a brief ten-minute walk from the cottages. Transportation will be provided during check-in and check-out only. No pets except trained, certified service dogs. Quiet Time: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. The management reserves the right to substitute a comparable accommodation without notice or liability should a reserved unit be out of order.

Built in 1938, this spacious fishermen-themed cottage features warm wood floors and walls and a beautiful view of the ocean and bluff. Guests will enjoy the front room's six-foot-tall windows facing the beach, decorative antique iron fireplace, sleeper sofa bed, and high sloped ceiling.

In the next room, the bright and spacious kitchen offers a small dinette and ample storage space. Two cozy bedrooms (one with a full bed and one with two twin bunks) with closets for storage sit on either side of a bright nautical bathroom.

Beginning July 1, 2013: Base rate $245.00 up to 4 people; each additional person $34.00 per night.
