This is Individual Cottage #27. Beds: 2 Full, 1 Sleeper sofa bed. Max persons = 6.
Kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, and disposable plates/napkins/utensils. Housekeeping: beds made upon arrival, and towels and soap are furnished. Towels changed upon request after 4 days. Key deposit is required. Parking is a brief ten-minute walk from the cottages. Transportation will be provided during check-in and check- out only. This cottage is accessible only by a staircase. No pets except trained, certified service dogs. Quiet Time: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. The management reserves the right to substitute a comparable accommodation without notice or liability should a reserved unit be out of order.

Accessed by a charming brick staircase, this beachfront marine dive-themed cottage offers guests a front wall covered in multiple window panes facing the sea, three large porches, and an interior decorated with authentic nautical relics.

Whether in the wide-windowed front room with a sleeper sofa bed, the cozy back bedroom with a full bed, or the loft with a porthole view and full bed, guests can relax after a night on the ocean-front porch or in the expansive private back patio. Built in 1931, this cottage features original details like net fencing on the front deck and kitchen cabinets salvaged from a shipwrecked boat.

Beginning July 1, 2013: Base rate $230.00 up to 4 people; each additional person $34.00 per night.
