This is Individual Cottage #16. Max persons = 7. Beds: 1 Sleeper sofa bed, 1 Twin Daybed, 2 Full.
Kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, and disposable plates/napkins/utensils. Housekeeping: beds made upon arrival, and towels and soap are furnished. Towels changed upon request after 4 days. Key deposit is required. Parking is a brief ten-minute walk from the cottages. Transportation will be provided during check-in and check-out only. No pets except trained, certified service dogs. (con't below) Quiet Time: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. The management reserves the right to substitute a comparable accommodation without notice or liability should a reserved unit be out of order.

Originally built in 1930, this bright, whimsical cottage with wood floors, an open floor plan, and a large oceanfront deck makes for a charming beachfront retreat. Guests enter into a spacious tiled kitchen with a dining counter opening into an airy living room with a decorative fireplace, sleeper sofa bed, twin daybed, and large sliding glass doors to the expansive deck.

Downstairs, a cozy bedroom with a full bed and wooden shutters is adjacent to a tiled bathroom, while upstairs a spacious, bright bedroom with a full bed and windows on three sides treats guests to panoramic views of the ocean and bluffs. The large front porch provides plenty of space for relaxation and lounging.

Beginning July 1, 2013: Base rate $246.00 up to 4 people; each additional person $34.00 per night.
