Getting There:Council Grounds State Park is located on the northwest edge of Merrill, on Council Grounds Drive. Exit Hwy 51 at the Hwy 64 Exit. Take Hwy 64 west 3 miles to Hwy 107 North. Take Hwy 107 north 1.8 miles to Council Grounds Drive.
