OverviewCopperas Creek Campground sits along Proctor Lake in the Cross Timbers Region of Texas. Shade is sparse, but lake views are plentiful. Recreation:Fishing is Proctor Lake's main draw; anglers enjoy the lake's tremendous populations of bass, shad and crappie. The lake is also recognized as one of the best hybrid striped bass lakes in the state. Facilities:This year-round campground offers 67 family sites and two group sites, all with electric hookups.
