Customer Awareness Alert:
* The presence of Box Elder bugs around yurts and cabins occurs most often in the fall and late spring. However, they can be found anytime of the year when we have sunny weather or indoor heaters are used. Box Elder bugs can generally be seen on the outside of the yurts and cabins, but occasionally on the inside as well. They are harmless to humans and animals, but can be somewhat of a nuisance.
* Fee waivers and/or adjustments will not be provided due to the presence of box elder bugs. Yurt rules allow a maximum of 8 people at the site, however, there are only mattresses for 5 people to be accommodated comfortably.
No smoking in the yurt. No cooking in the yurt (firepit and picnic table outside). No pets in the yurt. Bring sleeping bag or other bedding.
No tents allowed in yurt area.
Yurt includes electrical outlets, baseboard heater, lights, smoke detector, one bunk bed (double on bottom and single on top), one futon, a table, and two chairs. Bring sleeping bag or other bedding. Yurt includes one room and a covered porch.
Picnic table and fire ring at site. If you choose to bring your own outside cooking equipment please follow these guidelines:
Propane cooking units, barbeque units utilizing charcoal, or white gas Coleman type camp stoves must be located by the campfire ring area and away from all structures.
Customers should check the cabin regulations posted in each cabin for proper disposal of charcoal on park grounds. Please discard your propane canisters in the dumpster.
Restroom and shower provided nearby.
Yurt parking is in a nearby lot. Walk to Yurt is approx. 120 feet. RV's are not permitted in the yurt area. Site is not shaded.
Yurt Prices: Nightly rate includes one vehicle. One vehicle parking space per yurt guaranteed. Second vehicle is charged a nightly extra vehicle fee (paid at campground booth).
The yurt or cabin that you are about to reserve requires a key to gain access. Please stop by the campground registration booth upon check in to receive your key. If the registration booth is not staffed when you arrive, instructions will be posted to pick up your key with the park host or at the yurt or cabin you have reserved.
