Please do not occupy shelter prior to 8 am to allow for cleaning services.

This is a Day-use area. There is no overnight camping allowed. No tent, trailer or RV camping at this site.

Covered Table: Y Shoreline Site: N Distance to shoreline: 200 ft. Overnight use not allowed. No extra vehicles allowed. Carefully check site vehicle and person capacity limits. Located in a very scenic area. Site rests on a bluff overlooking Belton Lake. Campsites, boatramp, and fishing dock are located nearby. Site has volleyball and horseshoe pits, bbq grill, electricity for small appliances and a flush restroom nearby. See the gate attendant for park entrance code or call the Lake office at 254/939-2461 M-F 8-4:30 pm.Vehicle and person capacity limits are strictly enforced. If your gathering may exceed these limits or is an event requiring use of any other park amenity such as a boat ramp, picnic, beach or parking area, you MUST REQUEST A LAKE ACTIVITY PERMIT by calling (254) 939-2461 a minimum of 14 days, 30 days in advance is preferred, prior to the date of the event. Events requiring a Lake Activity Permit , in addition to above include, but are not limited to, fishing tournaments, sporting events and any event where attendees are required to pay a fee to attend, prizes are awarded or the nature of the event may infringe or disrupt the use of the park or portion of the park (other than the group pavilion area) by the general public. Each request will be evaluated for potential adverse impact on public safety, park facilities & utility systems, sanitation and natural resources.
