Entrance fees:
$5 per person, per day 13 and older.
$3 per person, per day Texas residents 65 on 9/1/95 or after.
Entrance fees are in addition to Campsite or day use facility fees.
An excess vehicle fee will be charged for all vehicles over the limit of 2 per site.

Alerts and Important Information

Main gate open 6a-10pm Mon-Sun. Combination will be provided to all registered campers & those paying after hours activity fees.

If you arrive later than 10pm, you must call the office by 5pm on the day of arrival to obtain gate code.

2 Night Minimum Reservation REQUIRED for ALL campsites on Holiday Weekends. 2009: Apr. 8-12, May 21-25, Jul. 2-5, Sep. 3-7
2010: Apr. 1-2, May 27-29, Jul. 1-2, Sep. 2-4

Ski rentals are avail, as well as courtesy boat slips. To confirm your rentals or speak to the park, contact the store 972-299-9010, 8a-8pm

CHECK IN: All campers are required to check in at the park headquarters before occupying a site.

PAYMENT: You may pay by cash, check (with valid drivers license), travelers check or credit card (Discover, MasterCard or Visa).

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Public consumption or display of an open container of an alcoholic beverage is prohibited.

PETS: Pets must be attended and on a six-foot leash at all times. Pets are not allowed in any park buildings, cabins, or shelters.

FIREWOOD: Gathering of firewood is prohibited.

QUESTIONS/CONCERNS: For specific park-related questions/concerns, please contact the park.

CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS: Any changes made to reservations may be calculated at new rates, and will be charged an administrative fee.
Check-in and check-out times subject to change without notice.

CONFIRMED RESERVATION: If your reservation is confirmed, your site will be held on the day of arrival no matter what time you arrive at the park You do not need to call the park. If you do not show up by 9am the following morning, your site will be released and reservations cancelled.

Additional charges may be incurred at the park for entrance fees and other use fees.

REFUND POLICY: The majority of sites - if you cancel and/or make changes more than 2 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund minus a $5 admin fee per site plus any reservation fees. Within 48 hours prior to arrival or if you do not go to the park, you will lose the first nights payment.
Group Sites of $100 or more per day - If you cancel and/or make changes more than 60 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 admin fee per site plus any reservation fees. Within 60 days prior arrival, you will lose the first nights payment. If you do not go to the park, no refund is given. To cancel a reservation, contact Customer Service at (512) 389-8900, 7 days a week.

From Dallas take I-20 west to FM 1382 exit. Park is located 4.5 miles south on FM 1382. From Austin and Waco take I 35W (Ft Worth) and exit on Hwy 67 North at Alvarado. Travel approximately 25 miles to Cedar Hill. Take the FM 1382 exit. The park is located 2 miles West on FM 1382.
