ALL (60) DescriptionSeason for Peak Fees: 05/15 to 09/15The park is named for 6,000-feet glacier-polished crags. It offers swimming and fishing in the Sacramento River, hiking in the backcountry, and a view of Mount Shasta. The 4,350-acre park features 28 miles of hiking trails, including a 2.7 mile access trail to Castle Crags Wilderness, part of the Shasta-Trinity National Forest. Alerts and Important Information Discount Pass must be presented at the time of check in.
Your DMV Disabled Placard/License Plate does not automatically give you a discount on your campsite. You will need to obtain a CA State park-issued Disabled Discount Pass (DDP) or Distinguished Veterans Pass (DVP). Fees include entry for 1 vehicle and 1 legally towed vehicle or trailer, additional vehicles will be charged per night at the park. There is limited space for additional extra vehicles.
Reservations are available from May 17 - September 7, 2013 First come first serve when not on reservations Park subject to closure due to severe winter weather.
