Description

Beneath the forested hills of this resort, nature has hidden more than 20 twisting caverns. Visit Cascade Cave, where you'll discover a 30-foot underground waterfall. A must-see while you're at Carter Caves is X Cave, where, for millions of years, nature has formed luminous stone fans, pipes and spirals. Above ground, enjoy a relaxing game of golf on our 9-hole golf course, canoeing, hiking, horseback riding and mountain biking on 20 miles of single and multi-use trails.

03/31/2009 - 05/20/2009 Sewer line construction will be taking place at the following sites: 57, 58, 59, 64, 66, 67, 69, 70, 72, 74, 75, 76, 78, 80, 82, 84, 86, 87, 88, 89 Campers are advised that construction will be taking place with work times beginning as early as 7:00AM and lasting until 3:00PM. Construction equipment will be in the area.
Please note that the Kentucky Department of Parks permits the use of non-licensed vehicles in campgrounds, including golf carts, only by those individuals with a disability. This policy will be enforced for the safety of all guests.

In order to reserve Cabins and Cottages, please call park to make reservations.

The Bunk Houses can be reserved through Reserve Ameerica Customer Service line. Please call us to make a Bunk house reservation

Take I-64 to exit 161. Turn EAST onto US 60 for 2 miles. Then turn left onto NORTH KY Route 182. Park Entrance is 3 miles from turning north onto Rt. 182.
