Caddo Lake State Park, TXDescriptionEntrance fee:$2 per day, per person 13 and older. $1 per day, per person Texas residents 65 on 9/1/95 and after. Entrance fees are in addition to Campsite or day use facility fees. An excess vehicle fee will be charged for all vehicles over the limit of 2 per site. Services & Amenities:
Alerts and Important InformationAll (CAR) Water Only sites at the park are closed 10/13/09-11/15/09 due to recent flooding. Customers with affected reservations are being contacted. OTT's & Refunds are okay.The Caddo Lake boat ramp will be closed from 9/21/09-11/13/09 for improvements. There is another public boat ramp on Hwy 43, located 1.6 miles from the park entrance. Caddo Lake State Park has parking & sidewalk work taking place at this time. Please call the park at 903-679-3351 if you need to know what areas are currently affected. Park does not have a gate. If arriving after office hours, see information board in front of park office for resevation site assignments,available sites list & park maps CHECK IN: All campers are required to check in at the park headquarters before occupying a site. PAYMENT: You may pay by cash, check (with valid drivers license), travelers check or credit card (Discover, MasterCard or Visa). ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Public consumption or display of an open container of an alcoholic beverage is prohibited. PETS: Pets must be attended and on a six-foot leash at all times. Pets are not allowed in any park buildings, cabins, or shelters. FIREWOOD: Gathering of firewood is prohibited. QUESTIONS/CONCERNS: For specific park-related questions/concerns, please contact the park. CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS: Any changes made to reservations may be calculated at new rates, and will be charged an administrative fee. Check-in and check-out times subject to change without notice. CONFIRMED RESERVATION: If your reservation is confirmed, your site will be held on the day of arrival no matter what time you arrive at the park You do not need to call the park. If you do not show up by 9am the following morning, your site will be released and reservations cancelled. Additional charges may be incurred at the park for entrance fees and other use fees. REFUND POLICY: The majority of sites - if you cancel and/or make changes more than 2 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund minus a $5 admin fee per site plus any reservation fees. Within 48 hours prior to arrival or if you do not go to the park, you will lose the first nights payment. Group Sites of $100 or more per day - If you cancel and/or make changes more than 60 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 admin fee per site plus any reservation fees. Within 60 days prior arrival, you will lose the first nights payment. If you do not go to the park, no refund is given. To cancel a reservation, contact Customer Service at (512) 389-8900, 7 days a week.
