Gates are open from 7 am to 10 pm. Office hours are 8 am to 5 pm daily.
A $9 fee per person per night will be collected at the park upon arrival .
Any device that discharges projectiles by any means is prohibited
Campers must check-in with with enough time to hike to campsite before nightfall (some sites generally require a hike of 2 or more hours). Campers must register and present a reservation confirmation before setting up. If you do not arrive on the first night of your stay, you will be counted as a no-show, your reservation will be cancelled, and you will forfeit your deposit.

($9 per person, per night) Backcountry Campsite known as "Lookoff Mountain'. You may have up to 20 people and 5 tents. There are no facilities at this campsite. Water must be carried in. Has fire ring. No vehicle access. Requires a rather strenuous 3.5 mile hike over steep terrain. The site is located on the Summit of the 3162' 'Lookoff Mountain", the park's northern most peak. The site is approximately 100 yards from the spectacular 'Rock Outcrop' that make the scenic overlook.
