Guest House: Maximum capacity eight. Master bedroom has one queen bed, closet, vanity top with sink and drawers for storage. Second bedroom has a bunk bed (full-size on bottom, single on top), drawer in bottom; shared full bathroom with the master bedroom. Linens are provided. The living room has two full-size sofa beds and matching chairs, a TV/VCR combo, DVD player, and fireplace. There is a seperate room with a long rectangle dining table. Two canoes and four bicycles for adults are available free of charge. Two picnic tables, a fire ring grill, a pedestal grill, and fishing dock are available outside. Smoking is not allowed. Visitors are charged a daily parking fee, must park in areas designated by the park, and leave the park by 10 pm. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am. The Mansion and Guest House can be rented together or separately and is well suited for weddings and other large events. A large frame tent, picnic tables, and pig cooker are available for rent to enhance receptions on the waterfront lawn. Any event likely to have more than normal occupancy, however, requires prior approval by park staff. Many issues, such as catering, parking, bathroom access, set-up and alcoholic beverage permits may require special-use permits, which can be obtained through the park.
