Mansion: Maximum capacity six. First Floor has a washer and dryer (detergent not provided). The dining room has a table with ten chairs, two side tables with chairs for two each (four total), and a gas fireplace. The living room has three sofas, TV, VCR, DVD player, satellite dish, and gas fireplace. The library has one sofa, two chairs, wood burning fireplace, and books. The Deep Creek Bedroom has one queen bed, one dresser, accessible bathroom (shower), and an adjacent second bathroom with claw foot tub. The Maid's Room has one day bed and full bathroom. Second floor - The Pollard Bedroom has one queen bed, full bathroom, heated whirlpool tub (no shower), one dresser, wood burning fireplace, TV and satellite dish. The Rappahannock Bedroom has two twin beds, one dresser, and closet. The Northwest Bedroom has one twin bed, one dresser, closet, shared full bathroom with the Rappahannock. Linens are provided. Two canoes and four bicycles for adults are available free of charge. There is a gas grill and a dock outside. Smoking is not allowed. Visitors are charged a daily parking fee, must park in areas designated by the park, and leave the park by 10 pm. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am. The Mansion and Guest House can be rented together or separately and is well suited for weddings and other large events. A large frame tent, picnic tables, and pig cooker are available for rent to enhance receptions on the waterfront lawn. Any event likely to have more than normal occupancy, however, requires prior approval by park staff. Many issues, such as catering, parking, bathroom access, set-up and alcoholic beverage permits may require special-use permits, which can be obtained through the park. Also, all mansion guests will need to sign a statement regarding liability for damage to furnishings.
