Pet Policy: Campers are not allowed to leave pets unattended in the campground. Pets are not allowed to run at large. All animals shall be kept on a leash not to exceed 6 feet in length. Pets must be kept quiet.
This site is designated as a chaperoned organized youth group campsite. All groups reserving this campsite must be composed of persons 17 years of age and under which is sponsored by and accompanied by adult representatives of a formal organization, including but not limited to Boy and Girl Scouts of America, churches, Young Men and Women's Christian Association. Chaperoned organized youth group does not include families of member of a formal organization. By reserving this campsite, you are agreeing that you have read this information and that you meet the criteria to reserve this campsite. Persons who do not meet the definition of a chaperoned organized youth group will not be permitted to stay on the campsite and may forfeit the entire reservation. All groups reserving this site are subject to verification from park staff upon arrival.
Certain areas within Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Kansas, Ohio, Wisconsin, Connecticut, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, Ontario, and Quebec (Canada) are currently under a federal firewood transport quarantine established by the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to prevent the spread of emerald ash borer (EAB). It is felt that EAB may be resident in the wood and could be spread through firewood transport to un-infested areas. It is in direct violation of the USDA APHIS quarantine for you to bring firewood from a quarantined state or county into Iowa and to transport firewood from quarantined counties within Iowa outside of the quarantine area. This campground is a nonmodern campground. Nonmodern campgrounds do not offer showers. Pit-type latrines or flush toilets are available for campers. Water may or may not be available.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fee of $5 for online cancellations or $7 for call center cancellations applies for all cancellations. Cancellations the day before arrival will result in a forfeiture of one night's camping fee plus the cancellation fee. Cancellations on the arrival date will result in a forfeiture of two night's camping plus the cancellation fee.
A $5 change fee applies. The last day to change a reservation is 4 days prior to arrival if paying by credit/debit card and 21 days prior to arrival if paying by check.
